After a three-month on-site training period, the role moves to a 50/50 hybrid schedule with on-site presence required for five days per pay period and monthly clinic meetings.

The position supports both LPN and RN tracks, requiring active licensure and 2–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Education and licensure paths: LPN with diploma; RN with ASN/BSN or equivalent experience.
• Active nursing licensure required (LPN or RN).
• 2–3 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
• Participate in on-site training before transitioning to hybrid work.
• Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.
