Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Chesterfield Valley is hiring a Primary Care Nurse to support Providers and manage triage calls within the clinic. The role starts on-site, with a path to a 50/50 hybrid model after an on-site training period of at least three months.

We are seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with 2–3 years of experience, active license, and strong computer skills. Excellent time management and adaptability are valued in this evolving environment.

Qualifications

• LPN requires Diploma in Practical Nursing, active LPN license, 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• RN requires AS in Nursing or BSN, active RN license, 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Licensure must be active for both tracks.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Support Providers and clinical care team to drive outcomes.
• Transition from on-site to a hybrid work model after training.
