Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Chesterfield Valley in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering patient-centered care. You will triage calls/messages, partner with the care team, and contribute to quality outcomes for an attributed panel.

The role begins on-site with a minimum three months of on-site training, then shifts to a 50/50 hybrid model. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday 0800–1630, with monthly on-site clinic meetings.

Qualifications

• LPN with Diploma and active license; 2–3 years experience preferred.
• RN with AS/BSN or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree; active RN license; 2–3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate with Providers and care team to drive quality outcomes for patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling for patients.
