Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Chesterfield Valley, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support providers and manage triage calls, delivering patient-centered care aligned with Mercy standards.

Role starts on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30, with a 3-month on-site training before shifting to a 50/50 hybrid schedule. RN or LPN with 2–3 years of experience preferred; Epic EMR experience a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN diploma with active license; RN license also acceptable.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Willingness to train on-site before transitioning to hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure timely care.
• Support daily clinic operations and training of staff.
• Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings as required.
