Mercy Primary Care in Chesterfield, MO, is hiring a Primary Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to partner with providers and clinical team, handling triage calls and messages. The role starts on-site, with move to a hybrid model after a three-month on-site training period.

Schedules are Monday–Friday 08:00–16:30 with no nights, weekends, or holidays. 1.0 FTE and monthly on-site clinic meetings are required during training. RN or LPN credentials with 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing, active LPN license, 2-3 years preferred.
• RN: AS in RN, RN license, 2-3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Work with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
• Support clinic operations and attend monthly on-site meetings.
• Option to move to hybrid work arrangement after training.
