Kelly is seeking a Pricing & Availability Representative in Farmington, CT to support internal customers in Service and Spare Parts. The role requires updating pricing, managing part data, and coordinating with purchasing and production to ensure accurate lead times.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 onsite / 2 remote) with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour and weekly pay, reflecting a stable full-time opportunity within a premier manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients in Service and Spare Parts.
• Process a high volume of internal tickets.
• Maintain and update pricing on spare parts and ensure accurate product/workflow information.
• Follow up on outstanding pricing and part setup requests for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Central Purchasing, Production and other internal departments to gather part information and maintain lead times.
• Respond promptly to escalated situations using appropriate tools and documents.
• Maintain an organized work environment and manage multiple screens and administrative tasks.
