Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a Presales Engineer to become an expert in its software suite and collaborate with customers across a range of projects. You may present customer demos, join sales calls to answer technical questions, or contribute to webinars and solution design efforts.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, continuous learning, and strong communication skills in a hybrid work environment with Long Beach, CA offices and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to learn and understand technical concepts such as software, networking, databases, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clarity and confidence on technical topics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver overviews and proof-of-concept demonstrations for potential customers.
• Build solutions using Laserfiche software to solve customers’ business needs.
• Break down technical details into information that’s useful to the audience.
• Work with our network of Solution Providers to provide technical consulting via email, calls and presentations.
• Teach at Laserfiche’s annual conference.
