Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer facing role.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity.
• Experience designing with scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem.
• Demonstrated ability to review complex architecture with customers and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts to leadership.
• Ability to strategize with sales teams and coordinate MongoDB resources for account planning.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and performant applications and architectures for MongoDB projects.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimise MongoDB deployments.
• Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, qualification, and pipeline development.
• Generate demand within the sales territory through technical initiatives and events.
• Foster customer relationships and drive success and satisfaction.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current on MongoDB products.
