Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in products liability or toxic tort.
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and active case management.
• New York and New Jersey admission (or ability to waive into NJ) is required.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend fact, corporate, and expert depositions.
• Draft motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and complex discovery papers.
• Work with senior trial lawyers on litigation strategy and defense development.
• Manage cases across New York, New Jersey, and other jurisdictions.
• Assist with expert development, exposure analysis, and case evaluation.
• Participate in court appearances, mediations, and trial preparation.
