Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Practice Coordinator to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to an assigned Practice Department and its groups. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager, Senior Practice Manager, and Practice Director to advance business priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Assist with annual business plans including staffing, billing, and attorney development.
• Coordinate department and Practice Group meetings, retreats, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with regional and practice leaders on onboarding and integration initiatives for attorneys.
• Coordinate communications involving senior partners and ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Track talent pipeline activity and prepare reports to aid decision-making.
• Develop and maintain business processes related to billing, practice management, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate Practice Group events to strengthen teamwork and recognition.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm, attorney, and client information.
