Qualifications
- 15+ years of transportation engineering and multimodal planning experience.
- Proven ability to lead integrated teams and grow a transportation practice.
- Experience leading business development and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead practice leadership, mentorship, and targeted growth across the region.
- Guide technical direction and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Collaborate with Design and Planning Directors and regional leadership.
- Lead business development and recruit/hire to support growth goals.
