Job summary

Toole Design Group seeks an experienced transportation professional to lead its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Atlanta, GA. The role combines practice leadership with active project delivery and may be located in any office.

You will mentor engineers and planners, guide business development, shape technical direction, and manage major projects while collaborating with design and planning leadership. Strong client relationships and growth are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of success on transportation engineering and multimodal planning projects.
• Experience in leading integrated teams, delivering complex projects.
• Experience in business development, proposal strategy, client development.
• PE preferred; PTOE and/or AICP credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice.
• Lead business development and practice business planning to meet growth targets.
• Grow the practice's visibility and collaborate with regional and corporate leadership.
• Recruitment and mentoring of staff; drive training and innovation.
