Job summary

Toole Design Group is seeking an experienced transportation professional to lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Raleigh, NC, with a firmwide leadership role across multiple offices.

You will mentor engineers and planners, guide business development, and shape the firm’s technical direction while staying active on major projects that strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of success on the types of transportation engineering and multimodal planning projects described above.
• Proven leadership of large teams, programs and a transportation practice.
• Experience in business development, proposal strategy, client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multimodal transportation practice, mentoring engineers and planners.
• Direct business development, growth targets, and regional leadership alignment.
• Shape technical direction and lead major projects with client relationships.
