Xcel Energy is seeking a Generation Development Project Estimator to create and manage cost estimates for new power generation projects across renewable, thermal, and emerging energy technologies. You will develop estimating tools, maintain cost data, and support project managers with accurate bids and schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development leadership, schedulers, and vendors; strong cost controls and data integrity are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience in project planning, cost estimating, and scheduling.
• Proficient to expert in standard server software such as email and Microsoft Office; knowledge of AACE cost estimating standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing support for project management systems and standardize practices.
• Perform system administration for project management applications and ensure license compliance.
• Develop reports and templates; support data integrity and user training; collaborate with stakeholders.
