Qualifications

• 3+ years of increasing responsibility within a multi-location or matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison and project manager for Technology and Production Group joint projects.
• Work with production units to integrate and improve technological needs.
• Manage, support and design video editing workflows across the organization.
• Train team members on Post Production systems and best practices to broaden cross-training.
• Collaborate with Systems and Network teams to maintain and expand GBH's infrastructure.
• Support all GBH video editing systems including storage, editing, billing, and transcoding.
• Serve as primary/secondary administrator on several systems and assist users with changes.
• Build relationships with customers, management and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risk and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
