GBH in Boston, MA is seeking a Post Production Systems Specialist to lead troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues across GBH’s video editing environments. The Post Production Systems Specialist supports video editing technology at GBH and is responsible for leading post-production troubleshooting and resolutions of hardware, software, and network issues as well as providing support for applications, operating system and hardware problems when issues are escalated to them. The Post Production Systems Specialist supports cross-unit collaboration with production units across the Foundation. The job supports video production where schedule flexibility is necessary as production work demands.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years of increasing responsibility within a multi-location or matrixed organization.
