Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-3 years in production/post-production.
• Experience with Avid editing and media workflows is essential.
• Ability to work part-time and hybrid onsite is required.
• Flexibility for weekend/evening work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support post-production by organizing media, ingesting, grouping, syncing, and updating projects.
• Guide remote workflows for GBH OutPost and GBH systems.
• On-board producers, editors and assistant editors to GBH remote edit systems.
• Coordinate and receive media from producers; physical and online delivery.
• Archive and manage media with on- and off-site teams.
• Prepare media and sequences for editors; encode outputs for distribution.
• Coordinate and assemble subtitles for translations.
• Assemble or cut scenes from scripts; other duties as assigned.
