Job summary

Archway Group is seeking an Analyst - Portfolio Reconciliation to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will perform daily and monthly reconciliations across custodial and alternative investment accounts, using our proprietary software, to ensure data accuracy and timely client reporting.

Your work supports client retention and trust in our platform. You will partner with Implementation and Global Access teams, troubleshoot complex exceptions, assist with new account setup, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and accounting terminology understanding.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile transactions across custodial and alternative accounts.
• Ensure data accuracy and client reporting.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Global Access teams.
• Maintain documentation of processes and controls.
