Transamerica is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day asset transfer coordination within Investment Reporting. You will drive reconciliations, data quality, and statutory reporting in collaboration with ERP teams and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes complex problem solving, attention to detail, and strong communication—hybrid work environment with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work with complex reconciliations and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate asset transfer requests and ensure requirements met.
• Handle PIMR accounting and reporting.
• Maintain system data quality and reconcile to general ledger.
• Oversee reconciliations for fixed income assets in ARCs.
• Monitor suspense balances and prepare correcting entries.
• Assist with regulatory financials on statutory basis.
• Respond to management and department requests.
• Mentor analysts in reconciliations.
