Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial underwriting, credit, banking and/or financial services experience (required).
• Competent with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively utilize other technology applications (required).
• Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and modeling (required).
• Strong ability to gather research, analyze data, and synthesize information to assess creditworthiness (required).
• Experience structuring financial covenants for syndicated debt facilities (required).
• Experience managing left lead / administrative agent roles in syndicated deals (required).
• Ability to lead client discussions during negotiations and act as primary lending representative (required).
• Knowledge of credit agreements and loan documentation (required).
• Solid understanding of banking products, market dynamics, and risk terms (required).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (required).

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze financial data for high-value clients, including spreads.
• Model future financial performance and downside scenarios.
• Structure transactions in collaboration with partners and relationship managers.
• Perform enhanced cash flow due diligence when appropriate.
• Prepare underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, Patriot Act, OFAC checks.
• Monitor covenant compliance and data integrity in systems.
• Identify potential problem accounts and coordinate with Asset Recovery.
• Maintain client relationships and monitor business conditions.
• Provide guidance to analysts and associates.
