Job summary

Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Policy Services Representative to support underwriting by processing multi-line transactions for new business and renewals. The role is hybrid—two days in the local office and three days from home—across multiple office locations including Phoenix, AZ.

The position requires a high school diploma, basic math skills, and experience in business or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of business or customer service experience.
• Commercial insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking required.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.

Responsibilities

• Screen transactions to determine authority and either process or refer to an underwriter.
• Gather, validate, and apply rating elements from applications and rating bureaus for new and renewal business.
• Enter policy data and rating elements into the policy rating system and verify correct rating factors.
• Monitor and complete tasks in the Rapid Response queue.
• Maintain complete and compliant rating documentation in the policy environment.
• Research and resolve issues for Credit, Claims and Premium Audit.
