Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Policy Services Representative to process routine to complex multi-line, multi-state transactions for new business and renewals. You will support Underwriting by entering data, applying rating elements, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of business or customer service experience preferred.
• Commercial insurance industry experience helpful.
• Strong analytical thinking and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Screen transactions to determine authority and route to underwriter.
• Gather, validate, and apply rating elements from applications and rating guides.
• Enter policy data and rating elements into the rating system and review outputs.
• Maintain and document rating information in the paperless policy environment.
• Resolve routine to complex issues related to Credit, Claims and Premium Audit.
• Provide endorsement quotes and process policy transactions (declinations, cancellations, reinstatements, non-renewals).
• Respond to inquiries from agencies, regulators, and Rapid Response Team.
• Handle service requests such as loss runs, legal notices, proof of coverage, and eMods.
• Support new underwriters and staff on rating/workflow processes.
