Responsibilities

• Process routine to complex multi-line, multi-state transactions for new business and renewals within production capacity.
• Screen transactions to determine authority and refer to underwriter as needed.
• Enter policy data and rating elements accurately into the rating system.
• Maintain compliant rating documentation in the policy environment.
• Research and resolve routine to complex issues for Credit, Claims and Premium Audit.
• Provide endorsement quotes and process policy transactions (declinations, cancellations, reinstatements, non-renewals).
• Respond to inquiries from agency partners and regulatory organizations.
• Handle service-related requests (loss runs, proof of coverage, eMods, and other regulatory docs).
• Support new underwriters and staff on rating, workflow, and underwriting processes.
