Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote client teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, conduct research, and ensure accurate information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client support team to provide outstanding service to clients.
• Assist with gathering and formatting renewal information, presentations, proposals, and documents needed for client policy renewals.
• Coordinate timelines within a client renewal and update shared records for follow-up and review.
• Manage and record client and carrier communications in a shared repository.
• Assist with creation or maintenance of renewal documents and report on open items.
• Adhere to Marsh compliance, professionalism, and transparency standards.
