Job summary

Marsh in Austin, TX is seeking an Account Representative to support Client and Account Executives by reviewing insurance contracts and responding to client inquiries. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

You will coordinate onboarding, renewals, endorsements, audits, extensions and cancellations, while collaborating with Operations, Business and Front Office teams to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, customer support, administrative assistant or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and client teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.
• Administer routine tasks as part of the annual renewal cycle, ensuring all client needs are met timely and accurately.
• Monitor and report on the status of client deliverables and outstanding items.
• Work with Operations and Business to ensure timely delivery of policies, endorsements, audits, extensions, and cancellations to clients.
• Collaborate with the Client Onboarding team to coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.
• Respond directly to difficult client questions and requests, soliciting assistance from front office colleagues as needed.
