Systems Plus, Inc. seeks a PMO Team Lead to drive business operations for critical DoD medical product-development programs. You will work with senior leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape workflows to enable mission success.

You will mentor staff, develop processes, and interpret DHA/DoD policies, aligning operations with HQ guidance and performance metrics. This role is full-time, hybrid in Frederick, MD.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years in DoD, DHA, federal healthcare, acquisition, or program management.
• Experience leading PMO operations, process improvement, or portfolio management.
• Knowledge of DHA/DoD business operations and governance.
• Experience creating policies, workflows, and performance-management processes.
• Experience coordinating taskers, RFIs, and executive communications.

Aufgaben

• Lead the PMO team, coordinate day-to-day support, assign work, monitor tasks.
• Analyze PMO processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain processes, SOPs, and workflows aligned with DHA/DoD.
• Interpret DHA/DoD policies and integrate requirements into PMO operations.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure performance.
• Coordinate information requests and ensure timely delivery of final products.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and maintain relationships.
• Plan, coordinate conferences, meetings, and workshops with clear communication.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Mentor PMO staff and promote standardized operations.
