Systems Plus in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Product Management Team Lead to guide cross-functional teams in the development of medical technologies for Warfighter health and readiness. You will influence acquisition strategies and collaborate with senior government and industry stakeholders on high-visibility programs.

The role requires leading IPTs, reviewing program-management documentation, and ensuring alignment with DHA/DoD objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, DHA, federal healthcare, acquisition, or program-management organizations.
• Experience with medical product development programs and DoD acquisition frameworks.
• Experience developing acquisition strategies, lifecycle documentation, and executive briefings.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage with senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of medical technologies supporting Warfighter health and readiness.
• Guide cross-functional teams and influence acquisition and product-development strategies.
• Coordinate in IPTs, Working Groups, and reviews supporting medical product development.
• Develop and maintain schedules, risk registers, and decision-support products.
• Engage with DHA, DoD, and external partners to support program objectives.
• Assess strategies, risks, and investment opportunities for future direction.
• Oversee PMO operations, governance, and process improvements.
• Mentor PMO staff and ensure DHA process compliance.
