Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience in project/program management, professional services, software implementation, customer success or customer support.
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise PM tools such as Project Insights, Jira, and Power BI.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMOCP, PRINCE2, or APM/IPMA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a federated portfolio governance model focused on standards and enablement.
• Enable portfolio-level visibility into performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Own the selection and optimization of PMO tools and standardize data collection procedures.
• Deliver executive dashboards and reports on portfolio health, KPIs, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate to enable and evangelize standard PM methodologies across the global organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
