Job summary

MOCA Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Owner’s Representative / Architect) to lead large, complex construction programs in Southern California. The role offers hybrid work with periodic in-office presence and a salary range of $95,000–$125,000.

You will oversee design and construction, ensure budget and schedule adherence, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• NCARB accredited Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Six+ years as a practicing architect in planning, design and construction.
• California Registered Architect preferred.
• LEED AP, DBIA, PMP or CCM desired.
• Project management experience across all project phases.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team in managing and delivering complex building projects.
• Foster collaboration and maintain client, consultant, architect and contractor relationships.
• Maintain open dialogue with client and stakeholders on status and expectations.
• Assist in budgets, schedules, quality control and contract compliance.
• Prepare content and minutes for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Support leadership in proposals, interviews and business development.
