Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience in Financial/Professional services or interior renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for multiple commercial interior renovation projects from initiation to closeout.
• Read and interpret complex documents like leases, contracts, and drawings.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, scope, budgets, and milestones.
• Identify resources and manage bids, proposals, and vendor selections.
• Mentor and guide project delivery teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor progress against budgets and schedules; implement change management as needed.
