Job summary

You will manage projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, budgets, and schedules while guiding cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong MS Office skills, collaborative leadership, and the ability to drive value in complex environments are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.

• Lead charter development, resource planning, and risk identification.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and escalate issues when needed.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and drive cross‑discipline collaboration.
• Coach teams and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
