Akkodis is seeking a Junior Business Analyst / Project Management Analyst (PMA) for a 12-month contract in Newark, DE. The role focuses on supporting the Distribution Program with data analytics and contract administration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and formulas.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program-level analytical activities for distribution programs.
• Assist with contract administration and development of RFPs for distribution programs.
• Create and process contract requisitions and support payments/invoices.
• Track project and contract-related accruals and maintain records.
• Manage and analyze large volumes of program-level data using Excel/SharePoint/Power BI.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
