You will design plumbing and water supply systems for commercial projects, prepare layouts, calculations, and equipment schedules, and coordinate with MEP disciplines. You will review codes, produce construction documents, support specifications, attend coordination meetings, respond to RFIs, assist with design revisions, and collaborate with project managers to deliver accurate, code‑compliant

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Plumbing design, including system layout and equipment selection.
• Experience with Water Supply systems and domestic water distribution.
• Understanding of MEP design principles in building services.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes and local regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools for preparing plans and schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Design plumbing and water supply systems for various building types.
• Prepare layout drawings, calculations, and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate designs with mechanical, electrical, and other building services disciplines.
• Review project requirements and codes to ensure compliance.
• Produce construction documents and assist with specifications.
