You will collaborate with a team of MEP professionals, oversee plumbing design staff, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting.
• Team leadership/management experience.
• Project management experience in the MEP space.
• Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards.
• Complete understanding of building codes.
• Thorough design system knowledge.
• Commuting distance to Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Owns as a discipline leader on multiple projects.
• Prepare plumbing drawings, sketches, analyses, specifications, and calculations.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide management and oversight of plumbing design staff.
• Provide construction administration and site observations.
• Deliver exemplary service to team members and clients.
• Support overall project management for MEP leaders.
