Job summary

MDT is seeking a Platform Operations Coordinator to maintain and upgrade multiple platforms, coordinating with internal and external teams. You will monitor platforms for new features, develop update plans, and act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and improvements.

Collaborative with clients and teams, you will manage tickets, schedules, and documentation for maintenance events. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 5+ years in financial core

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in financial institution core processing.
• 5+ years with the Symitar core platform.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• 2+ years of related programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate upgrades for credit union user platforms and releases.
• Administer platforms, add users, and manage tasks.
• Schedule load dates and employee shifts with managers.
• Prepare tickets, checklists, and client documentation for events.
• Lead during upgrade, patching, and release events.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance checklists and communications.
• Escalate and coordinate cross-team activities as needed.
