Job summary

DTCC seeks a Release Management Senior Associate to coordinate deployments across Production and PSE environments, ensuring Change Management and audit controls are met. You will collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to minimize risk and maintain platform stability.

The role requires extensive experience in release/change management, DevOps practices, and strong problem-solving and communication skills within a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute software deployments across multiple environments in accordance with Change Management and Release Management procedures.
• Support Normal and Emergency implementations for Production and PSE distributed platforms.
• Validate implementation readiness, deployment plans, rollback procedures, approvals, and testing evidence.
• Monitor and document deployment activities to ensure successful execution and compliance with operational controls.
• Perform deployment rollback and recovery activities when required.
• Support incident response, Major Incident Management (MIM), and troubleshooting efforts during deployment-related issues.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and audit evidence.
• Leverage AI tools to improve deployment planning, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with training and provide guidance to team members and new hires.
• Support post-implementation reviews, root cause analysis activities, and corrective action initiatives.
• Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and operational risk assessments.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives in Change & Release Management.
