RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Physician and Clinical Provider Sourcer (hybrid) to design and execute proactive sourcing strategies. You will build regional and national pipelines, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with leadership to align talent with organizational needs.

This role emphasizes direct networking, proactive talent attraction, and data-driven improvement. Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred, with flexibility for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting/sourcing preferred.
• Proficient with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn) to source and organize talent pools.

Responsibilities

• Create local, regional and national sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Partner with recruitment team to build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Establish talent pipelines through referrals and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct networking calls with candidates to present opportunities.
• Perform structured interviews to assess skills and competencies.
• Build talent communities and engagement campaigns.
• Report progress with metrics and data-driven recommendations.
