RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey is seeking a Sourcer (hybrid) for Physician Recruitment to build prioritized talent communities and enable proactive hiring across clinical roles.

The ideal candidate has extensive direct sourcing experience, uses ATS/CRM and LinkedIn, and can partner with Provider Recruitment and leadership to develop pipelines.

You will conduct outreach, assess candidates, and report metrics to improve hiring outcomes while travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and five or more years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous recruiting/sourcing experience within healthcare is preferred.
• Skilled with recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn) to source and organize talent pools.
• Must be open to occasional travel as needed for internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Create local, regional and national sourcing and recruiting plans using traditional and new talent research methods.
• Partner with Provider Recruitment to understand requirements and build talent pipelines for critical teams.
• Establish talent pipelines through referrals and external networks to attract prospects.
• Conduct networking calls with passive and active candidates to present opportunities.
• Perform structured interviews to assess skills and competencies and promote opportunities.
• Build talent communities and outreach campaigns to engage talent over time.
• Report progress with metrics and adjust approaches based on data.
