Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end development for a pharmacy-focused platform. You will collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and enterprise partners, shaping the backlog and prioritizing work across cross-functional teams.

You will engage with Engineering daily, define clear requirements, and drive initiatives from concept to live deployment, focusing on improving clinical and dispensing workflows and hub services.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to work through a complex domain and be the go-to person for answers.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate requirements for engineers.
• Comfort working with engineers in an agile process, including backlog grooming in Jira.
• Analytical rigor and ability to say no clearly when necessary.
• Hybrid schedule with three days per week in Schaumburg, IL office.

• Own the problem with a prioritized roadmap and clear outcomes.
• Translate customer needs, partner commitments, and regulatory requirements into statements.
• Write clear requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering through refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Work with design on user-friendly interfaces and release readiness.
