Gifthealth Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Product Manager, Pharmacy to own the design and delivery of our digital pharmacy platform. You will partner with an Engineering Lead and engineers to shape, ship, and measure impactful features that improve patient intake, fulfillment, and adherence.

You will work onsite regularly with pharmacists and pharmacy staff, operating in a hybrid environment, while ensuring compliance and alignment with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to work with engineering in an agile environment.
• Ability to articulate outcomes with metrics or impact.
• Willingness to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio.
• Pharmacy domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for the pharmacy platform with engineering partners.
• Prioritize work and explain trade-offs to engineering, ops, and leadership.
• Define outcomes and metrics for launched features.
• Translate pharmacy operations into clear requirements.
• Spend time on-site with pharmacists to observe workflows.
• Make product decisions in a regulated environment with compliance.
• Collaborate with design, data, analytics, and client success.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and prototyping.
• Raise risks and dependencies early on.
