Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub seeks a senior technical product manager to own the technology powering nationwide healthcare delivery. Reporting to the CTO, you will bridge engineering, finance, and client teams to build scalable pharmacy software and drive product strategy.

You will own the prescription-to-delivery lifecycle, shape internal tooling, and set KPIs to measure tech health, ensuring reliability and compliance as volume grows in a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, with hands-on experience in pharmacy, telemedicine, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Built or led healthcare software at scale, owning technology behind high-volume operations.
• CS or engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience; fluent in APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, and data models.
• End-to-end command of the prescription order lifecycle: e-prescribing, adjudication, dispensing, shipping, and refills.
• SQL fluency to pull data and settle the argument yourself.
• Business, ecosystem, and cross-functional fluency across finance, account management, and clients.
• Bias to action; you ship and own the outcome.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technology stack for fulfillment, pharmacy management, e-prescribing rails, and the data stack.
• Oversee the order lifecycle from prescription to shipment, including edge cases for on-time care.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to give ops and pharmacy full visibility.
• Define KPIs for the tech team's health and report to leadership monthly.
• Ensure reliability and compliance with observability and auditability.
