ADUSA is seeking a Mgr. of Pharmacy Procurement to lead the drug sourcing strategy, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize store-level supply chain operations. The role oversees recall processes and DSCSA compliance, ensuring cost-effective purchasing for the Brand and its stores.

The position combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, and compliance to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy or related field.
• 5-7 years of procurement/supply chain experience in healthcare.
• Experience negotiating contracts with pharmaceutical suppliers.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical purchasing and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmaceutical drug requirements to optimize cost of goods.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximize cost savings and ensure supply.
• Communicate changes with Retail Operations and store personnel.
• Administer store-level inventory management applications and guidance.
• Oversee recalls and DSCSA processes in collaboration with QA/Legal.
