Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Mgr. of Pharmacy Procurement to lead one of the largest drug purchasing programs in the market.

The role owns supplier relationships, category management, and DSCSA compliance to optimize cost and supply for Brand operations. This hybrid position requires coordinating with Pharmacy, Finance and Compliance across core locations in Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; and Scarborough, ME, with three in-person days and two remote days.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years of progression in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience negotiating contracts, pricing and terms with pharmas manufacturers or wholesalers.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical purchasing, inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret purchasing, inventory, utilization and financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage pharmaceutical drug requirements to optimize cost of goods and maximize savings.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and program terms.
• Communicate with Retail Operations on product changes, recalls and launches.
• Administer store-level inventory management applications and provide guidance.
• Mitigate off-contract purchasing through pharmacy wholesalers and programs.
• Oversee pharmacy recalls in coordination with QA Team.
• Support DSCSA compliance through data transmission and traceability.
• Manage vendor relationships and category management activities for drug assortment.
• Assist warehouse and procurement teams to support distribution operations.
• Monitor trends, recalls, and new product launches affecting procurement.
