Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related healthcare field.
• Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with pharmaceutical manufacturers or wholesalers.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage pharmaceutical drug requirements to optimize cost of goods.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage category terms to achieve savings.
• Communicate with Retail Operations about product changes, recalls, and program updates.
• Administer store-level inventory management applications and guide purchasing practices.
• Support DSCSA compliance by coordinating data transmission and traceability.
• Oversee pharmacy recalls and manage drug utilization forecasts.
