Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years' data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL and Oracle tools familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of claims, membership, pricing and provider data systems.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify underlying SQL; ensure accuracy for complex reporting.
• Analyze data and report on health care services, utilization, costs, trends, enrollment, incentives and revenue by provider, member and product.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling; communicate results in writing and verbally.
• Maintain existing and develop new reporting systems; gather reporting requirements from users.
• Validate data; ensure data warehouse updates are complete, accurate, and reliable.
