Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 2 years’ relevant work experience in data analysis or supporting relational database development, maintenance or utilization in healthcare or business systems (Level I).
• 5 years’ relevant work experience (Level II). STARS and MES experience preferred.
• 8 years’ relevant work experience (Level III). STARS and MES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify underlying SQL; validate own work and others.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on healthcare services, costs, trends, enrollment, incentives, and revenue by multiple dimensions.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling; communicate results and recommendations.
• Maintain and develop information reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
• Develop data validation routines to ensure warehouse updates are complete and reliable.
