Job summary

Amplity Health seeks a Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Tennessee to engage Health Care Professionals through phone, virtual and field visits, promoting client products and achieving sales goals.

You will build relationships, deliver product information, and execute plans to maximize territory performance, while complying with regulations and Amplity policies. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
• Ability to travel to multiple time zones and regions as needed
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
• Promote products via telephone, virtual calls, or in-person visits to HCPs
• Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs to grow product volume
• Create and implement business plans to achieve territory goals
• Maintain call productivity and achieve quarterly sales quotas
• Communicate effectively using approved messaging and tools
• Document activities in CRM systems and report to management
