Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Hybrid Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to engage health care professionals via telephone, virtual, and in-person visits across a regional territory. You will promote assigned Client product, drive sales growth, and meet program objectives while collaborating with Client field teams and management.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building and selling skills, with a proven track record in sales and the flexibility to travel up to 50% across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2+ years of previous sales experience or relevant professional experience, with proven record of success.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed.
• Ability to travel, including regular regional air travel, up to 50% of applicable working days.
• Credentials related to client requirements may apply depending on geography.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales.
• Promote Client product(s) via phone or virtual calls, or in person, to hits targets in assigned territory.
• Profile and manage HCP list and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics as required by program.
• Achieve quarterly Client sales quotas.
• Communicate effectively with customers using approved messaging and tools.
• Verify and complete data entry in CRM systems.
