Job summary

Vaxcyte is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to drive vaccine product launch readiness. You will manage integrated launch schedules, oversee milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, and IT to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech project management, strong communication, and experience supporting commercial launches with digital tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management in pharma, biotech, or vaccines.
• Experience supporting commercial launches.
• Familiar with enterprise planning software and PM tools.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated launch schedules and critical path milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, IT).
• Track risks and develop KPIs.
• Support resource planning and process improvements.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting.
