Job summary

Vynamic is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Launch to lead strategic product launch engagements for life sciences clients. You will advise senior stakeholders, define governance, and guide cross-functional teams through the commercialization lifecycle.

You will develop launch strategies, readiness assessments, and operating models, while coaching consultants, growing client relationships, and supporting business development to expand Vynamic's Product Launch practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD preferred.
• 6+ years in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech, with leading product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Launch engagements from strategy to execution.
• Partner with senior clients to define launch strategies and governance.
• Design launch strategies, governance models and cross-functional plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other functions.
• Provide strategic analysis, risk management, and executive decision support.
• Mentor consultants and develop business opportunities.
